First maternity session of 2023!


The Romano family was my first maternity session to photograph in 2023. When we were discussing locations, she mentioned she wanted to do a park with pretty trees and possibly on the water. I knew just the place! Philippe Park is one of my favorite parks to photograph at because of the variety of scenery, but most of all the big beautiful trees. One of the unique spots in the park is the big stone stair cases that are by the water. It brings a lot of texture and dimension to the images.

 

 

But nothing beats that gold light peeking through the big tree!


I really felt my creative soul come out when I saw that gold light coming through. I knew that those would be my favorite images within the gallery. It was such a pleasure getting to meet them and after this session, I was super excited to document when their little girl made her arrival next!
