Living in a hot spot city, a good portion of my clients are visiting from all over the country. I absolutely loved getting to know this sweet family! One thing that I like to always mention to my out-of-state clients is that if they're staying at a resort/hotel/BnB on the beach, I will gladly come to them. I have photographed at several of our resorts on the beach and it always makes it easier on my clients. This family stayed at the Rumfish Resort by Tradewinds for this trip and even though we had a little cloud coverage, the light was so good and our session was a dream!

I always want to make sure that I capture families together and the love they share but ALSO the special connection that a mother and a father each have with their children individually. As a boy mom myself, I just melted with these sweet little boys loving on their mama.
dads are the best
It is always so neat to see the shift that the kids have from mom to dad. It is a beautiful thing to watch how important each role and relationship as a mother and a father is to our kids. Both different but drastically impactful and equally important. It was clear to see how much these boys looked up to their dad.

Grandpa came to the session to help out with the boys, but he was dressed so nicely (and in a complimentary color with his family) and even wore a snazzy hat. There was no way he wasn't going to hop in a few photos with his beautiful family especially since it was their family vacation together. I just love that I got to document it!
